Hello LEP Premium subscriber on Libsyn. Hello again.

I need to make another announcement to you about your LEP Premium subscription. I’m afraid things got a bit complicated this week. Everything will be ok, but please listen carefully to what I am going to say now.

Last week I told you to cancel your LEP Premium subscription with Libsyn and ask for a refund from Libsyn before moving to Acast+. I gave you an email template to use.

Some of you have done that. Some of you have sent an email to Libsyn using my template, requesting a refund.

If you have a 1 month subscription, I understand that Libsyn have given you the refund (or they will soon). So, if you’re a 1 month subscriber – you can stop listening to this now. You are ok. 

On the other hand, if you have a 6 or 12 month subscription, it’s more complicated.

Some of you have requested refunds from Libsyn, and Libsyn told you to email me about this.

Here’s what’s going on.

First, I need to ask you not to request a refund from Libsyn at this moment if you have a 6 or 12 month subscription. 

So, please, do not ask for a refund from Libsyn at this moment. 

In fact – don’t do anything! 

Please hold on. 

I am currently working on another solution instead. 

Everything will be ok. You just have to wait a little bit of time while I fix another solution. 

So please, at the moment – if you have a 6 or 12 month subscription to LEP Premium with Libsyn – don’t do anything! I will come back to you in a few days with a definite solution and definite instructions.

Also, I would like you to know that I am doing my best to make this transition work well for everyone. 

Please be patient while I fix some problems which came up this week. Everything will be ok, it’ll just take a little bit of time.

If you are not sure what subscription you have with Libsyn (if it’s a 1 month, 6 month or 12 month subscription), then you can sign into your Libsyn account and check your billing details. The link is in the description.
